At The Gathering Place, our mission is driven by our team. TGP began as an idea, and today, it’s a thriving community of staff, caregivers, and students, all united by a common goal: to create a school where impactful work in service to kids is not only possible but is our daily reality. Our design principles drive our work and we believe our staff should be supported through coaching and growth opportunities.
